Enrolment Requirements
Enrolment on CEOSH qualifications is administered through our network of Approved Training Centres (ATCs). Learners are required to provide accurate and complete personal and professional information at the point of registration. This information is essential for the effective administration of qualifications and the integrity of the certification process.
Learners are responsible for ensuring that their registered details remain current throughout their period of study. Failure to maintain accurate records may result in delays to certification or complications with qualification outcomes.
Assessment and Certification
All assessments must be undertaken in strict accordance with CEOSH regulations and the assessment guidelines specific to each qualification. Learners bear responsibility for fulfilling all assessment requirements within the prescribed timeframes. Certificates are awarded only upon the successful completion of all mandatory assessment components.
CEOSH retains the authority to withhold or revoke any certificate where there is evidence of academic misconduct, misrepresentation, or non-compliance with assessment regulations. All decisions regarding certification are subject to our established quality assurance procedures.
Approved Training Centres
Approved Training Centres bear responsibility for the delivery of CEOSH qualifications in full accordance with our published standards, policies, and quality assurance requirements. Centres must maintain the operational and pedagogical standards stipulated at the point of approval throughout the duration of their partnership with CEOSH.
CEOSH retains the right to suspend or withdraw centre approval where the required standards are not upheld, or where a breach of the terms governing centre approval is identified.
General Limitations
CEOSH services are made available on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No warranty is given, whether express or implied, that the services will be uninterrupted, free from error, or entirely secure. All implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, are expressly disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
CEOSH shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and including any loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
